excel spreadsheet

I'm looking for some help creating an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet needs to contain custom formulas and I would like some suggestions on the layout and format. The data I will need to manage is simple with few variables. I'm looking for someone experienced with Excel to help make this spreadsheet as efficient and accurate as possible. My spreadsheet contain football results from several leagues. I would like to have a dashboard for quick easy reference and be able to add results each week and update through dashboard page.
