excel meal planner

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me develop an Excel (GOOGLE SHEETS) meal planner that is both comprehensive and complex. The Excel meal planner needs to provide a grocery list generator, which allows users to easily input their ingredients to get a grocery list output. Additionally, the meal planner should have advanced features like a database of recipes that can be integrated to assist in planning meals. I want the meal planner to be complex and have many features, however it should not take dietary requirements or preferences into account. The attached items are a meal planner that haS copyrights, the idea is to do something similar but not infrict any copyright policy. Open the excel in google shets, not microsoft so that it functions correctly.
