excel macro expert for quick easy work

I am looking for an excel macro expert for quick fast project.
I am attaching the 3 files for you, Sample data base, sample input and sample output.
It will search SKU from "sample input" file Column B, in the "sample data base" file.
Once it finds the matching SKU in column A, of the "sample database file", it should then find all other variations of this listing, based on Column L. Column L contains the main listing group id. There are many different variations that belong to the same group id. This is what the macro shoudl find.
Once this is done, then i should put the file, as shown in "sample output file" arranging it like shown in this file. Also note that if data in the "sample data base" file is color highlighted, then the same color should apply to the output file.
If there is no matching, then it should still put this SKU in the output file, but say values "not exist" in the other columns.
This is very basic and fast work. I would need it by today
Do note that the actual "database" file will have over 60,000 rows. So this work should be done in a way that the results are generated fast.
