excel funtion needed for my sheet

I have a excel file ,
as i have put in column A data , which i already added into my google sheet ,
but now i m looking to add my new data and exclude exsisting data which i have entered into coulmn c
what i want is to find any little match from column A and give a color in cloumn c which is having any little match from in-between , and u can design , me to have those from column c with no color , to get into column D for me
