excel expert needed

See attached spreadsheet called house flip calculator v7. It's built to calculate monetary figures for real estate projects. I need the look and layout of it redesigned and customized to a looka nd layout similar to what you see in the 2nd spreadsheet called house flipping spreadsheetlite. Don't copy the layout and colors exactly, but similar. I also need to add a license agreement page, like what see on the house flipping spreadsheet lite, as well as copyrights at the bottom of each page. The calculations and text can say the same as what's being duplicated from house flip calculator v7, I just need the look/appearance to be different. I only need the first 3 pages of the house flip calculator - none of the ones titled monte carlo.
