excel expert for a master copy to collect data

i am looking for someone to build me a master file in which i can dump a daily or weekly amount of info and separate it based off of daily transactions to help audit and balance my finances..... i have several employees working in 2 different locations and also accept 2 different types of currencies. the biggest issue i have is the ability to audit my midnight staff money as they begin at 9 or 10p and finish their day at 0500/0600. from an accounting end it makes it tough just to plug and play in order to make that work...... any suggestions would be great. see attached.....
