excel dashboard for nse

I need a dashboard in excel where I can get ohlc data of stocks traded on nse for a period that i will specify. The first sheet should have the ticker code/ stock name drop down box along with start date and end date. Once I click on the get data command button, I should get the data for the selected ticker / stock and selected period in the second sheet and move (cursor) to that sheet. Depending on what I will infer, I will expand this to include many more requirements to get whatif analysis that will incorporate more variables and requires intermediate level of expertise. As this is not a commercial project, please quote the best price and timeline for delivery.
