excel csv expert / outlook tasks

Hi, I would like someone amazing to quote on preparing a CSV file with a list of tasks that I can then import into Outlook. I run a travel agency so the list would comprise about 15 customizable tasks per booking such as the deposit due, final payments, arrival date, etc
