excel click on cell to retrieve info and send email (and create the email text based on some cells' content)

see the xls file attached. I am a teacher and I want to be able to click on a student's name and have the code to make the following happen:
1 - copy some cells' content (a bunch of them)
2 -open the parents' email/s that are in one/two cells (if impossible , 1 email suffices)
3 - write the text of the email that goes like "Dear Ms/Mr LASTNAME (from cell) , this it the weekly report for your son/daughter NAME . Based on her current work she is FAILING (value from cell) or PASSING the course.
4 - The code then must paste a bunch of cells that contain the work done so far.
5 - if possible, send the email.
I can have it working on mac (maybe via automator??) or on PC , whatever works
