Hello I hope this brief is clear so I put plenty of detail here.
I have 3000 contacts in 3 databases (car repairs, car dealers, cafés restaurants )
each of 1000 approx records in XL format.
YOUR job is to send out two emails to these 3000 contacts over a ten days, so send 6,000 emails over
two weeks. Only genuine people apply.
THE EMAIL LIST IS A PAID LIST AND IS NOT BE USED BY ANYONE AS IT HAS TRACE RECORDS ON IT THAT WILL LEAD TO PENALTIES.
I will provide 250 records for each of the two campaigns so 500 total records at a time and check that it has not been used for anything else & I check your success progress and modify template if needed.
You can use mailchimp or another method for templates and emails and a free database system.
Campaign A “shark” to mechanics and car dealers is for DPF EGR parts cleaning.
Campaign B “redline” to restaurants and cafes is for doing red line plans.
The emails will go out to Melbourne & Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
You send out the emails using your account.
I will not pay any fee to mailchimp or any other costs or fees.
I only pay you, so any fees or subscriptions are included.
OUTCOME ACTION of both campaigns is that I want people to choose to click a link to join a waitlist for competition also if they choose use a second link to get a call back from me for a quote.
Your form is to capture the visitor’s mobile number, suburb, full name.

YOU use your own Mailchimp account or other type method account to send out.
You need to email using your dedicated SMTP server and a platform
(for example Constant Contact or Mailchimp or Hub spot or other that you have good experience and account with) so emails go out without being blocked with spam checker and unsubscribe compliant.
You share the templates with me so I can load onto my account and I can edit them.
You send me screen shot to show sending stages done every 500 emails, so we can track progress and your success and adjust.
You tell me which platform you will use (Mailchimp or other )
You provide me the clean washed list after sending
You provide send and open report and unsubscribe, bounce backs etc.
You allow for unlimited revisions
You check links and forms work before sending to me to approve
You design the send template and give me copy of template (and in PDF also so I can see it ) and the database you create is to be a FREE database platform and you tell me which one you will use.( for your information I have contact form 7 on my websites)
