I am looking to hire a professional to complete a financial due diligence for an acquisition. The scope of the due diligence includes: gathering and analyzing financial data, verifying the accuracy of any financial statements and reports, providing advice and assistance with regard to operational issues, and monitoring the performance of the acquisition targets. The due diligence should be completed within 2-4 weeks.
