data sort for presentation

I am looking for a freelancer to help me sort a medium sized dataset with both numerical and text data for a PowerPoint presentation. The dataset will have between 500 to 5000 entries, so I need someone who can quickly and efficiently sort the data so I can easily present it. As this is already an established dataset, all I need is for the data to be organized in a useful way before I input it into the PowerPoint presentation. The data set consists of survey responses to assess employee engagement. Any assistance sorting this dataset before the presentation would be greatly appreciated.
