data entry and excel sheet preperation

Please only dedicated freelancer experience in Excel, not rubbish or advertising response, I have about 300 excel files, each has multiple items (varying from 1 to 20 ) per each, I need a freelancer to input these items in new excel sheet, as well as to prepare data to mark any item that awarded to us as PO (awarded) with pricing as quoted by us so he put a price
Example
When items that received by RFQ (A) , (B), (C), its will mark as (Yes) in PO column ..which turns to Green, and show in which RFQ its awarded to us (for example C) so its easy for me to return to that specific RFQ to search about details.
Easy mission, the creator needs to create 2 sheets, one act has a source for the main sheet. If you read the entire description mention (INDEED) in your response.
