data collection home decor stores

I am looking for someone to collect data/contact info about home decor stores and florists in Europe. Sources of data are to be found by you, could be LinkedIn, competing brands or data suppliers.
I need VSC/Excel format with at least: business name, email address (but preferably not the generic info@ addresses) , country, website, preferably also contact/person name.
I need this data to be accurate and up to date, as it will be used by our sales and marketing staff.
This project is ideal for someone with a background in data collection, analysis, and organization.
It is expected to receive at least hundreds but can be thousands of contacts.
