data analysis of my coffee shop sales

i have 8 months of data of my daily sales in my coffee shop and im looking for someone with experience in data analysis in the coffee industry or the food industry that help me to analyze and provide me with a non excel expert summary of reports, so i can know be able to read and understand my results and performance.

Help me manage better my inventory, get to know more accurately i.e how many 8 oz coffee cups im serving every 15 days or every 30 days. which are my top sell and worst perfermance products.
how many croissants do i sell on a regular weekend vs a pay day weekend.

so in that way i would be able to identify better my clients and develop more accurate promotions.

also this person could provide me with any advice in how to label my products or any other data that i should include that would be helpful in my management and data analysis.
