MS dashboard design from excel file

I have a MS form (on company share point) that feeds a list also on share point which extrapolates data through power automate into an excel spreadsheet. I want to build some charts and graphs in excel or power BI to see the results so they can be routinely presented monthly as data gets fed through form inputs. Ref the test file.. I want to know in a chart how many "safety" evaluations were done which resulted in either a SAT or UNSAT observation. Further I would like to see a breakdown of those results and see the observers' comments (in a list or chart) as to why the evaluation was given a SAT / UNSAT. Ultimately, I want to be able to present and trend the results of the data to identify positive and/or negative trends in UNSAT and SAT observations by the type of evaluations performed. It's basically trending audit results....
