custom excel spreadsheet that allows me to track the usage and billing of an architectural fee every month

Need a custom excel spreadsheet that tracks the fee amount used and remaining per each project that accomplishes the following goals:
-see each project and its full fee (with total sum)
-can easily see how much of the fee is dedicated to each subcontractor and how much remains for myself
-can tell how much have billed (by month) and total amount
-can track any additional fees charged to a project each month that are in addition to the established contract amount
-can not only track fee usage each month for each project (and how much of the total is remaining), but also ability to enter forecasted billing for future months (individually for each month, by project) to estimate upcoming total cash flow by month
-can track of the total amount billed by project each month, how much of that is money that will actually go into my own bank account (not include amount billed going to subs)
