create an excel VBA script to write to a JSON file with multiple level nested arrays

We need somebody who is experienced with both JSON and excel VBA to write us a VBA script to output to the following schema from an excel sheet:

We envision having multiple tabs for each nested array. Please be familiar with JSON with nested arrays and excel VBA.
