create complicated excel project

I'm looking for help creating a complicated Excel project. I need the project to be able to perform data manipulation and transformation on a dataset of medium size (1,000 to 10,000 rows). I'm open to suggestions regarding autoamtion, so if you have expertise with macros or VBA that could be very helpful. I need to take the attached sheet and turn it into a quoting tool with live inventory management.
