convert pdf files that i have converted into cvs files back into clean CSV files

Need a data entry person to make files i can upload to XERO accounting software easily
unfortunately the crap bank, Commonwealth Bank only provides XERO compatible data in CSV format fro 2 yrs
I need a data entry person to convert my 4 FILES (ALREADY converted pdf to xlsx files) into 1 clean CSV file with 4 columns only.
DATE. |. AMOUNT. |. DESCRIPTION. |. BALANCE
There are 2 columns in the files for AMOUNT if the cost is in the Debit column you will need to add brackets to make is a minus amount eg: $52.17 by adding ($52.17) it will show as -$52.17
both Debit & Credit columns must be combined into 1, Credits don't change but Debits need ( $ amount in brackets) to make minus amounts for the XERO software. The row that in is Debit will then be converted into -50.17
