convert excel into information

I am looking for a freelancer to help me convert an Excel file into a more usable format. The Excel file is in the .xls format, and I am looking for it to be converted to explained data with set conclusions which I can view as a powerpoint presentation. The desired outcome is a professional-looking set of slides for me to use for presentations or reporting back to my organization.
