As built vs as planned report

I have a project with was delay by almost 2 year, I have the initial MS project file and the latest MS project file, but still there is no proper Ms project file with delayed dates, I have few spreadsheet that show the reasons and duration of the project.
I need someone who understands Construction and help me in this report
