building an excel dashboard

Hi. I'm currently in an ASU industry and I need to build a dashboard to for weekly cooling water data entry. I would like the dashboard to have slicers so I can view the data by year and month. It is basically for me to analyze the data and visualize it in the dashboard. The data will be updated frequently so it would be nice if the dashboard will be updated as well whenever I enter data. And there are also two sources of data and I would like to have comparison data from both. I'm giving a sample file of my data. Please contact me for any enquiries.
