build a spreadsheet

i want a spreadsheet i can input invoices expences in to with a due date and have that cell turn a different colour when it is due on over due by 7 days 14 days and 21 days.
there needs to be columbs such as
Invoice number, supplier, invoice date, due date, not due yet, due this week, due next week, 14 days overdue
