build a macro to extract the data from excel and then attach to the text file and then auto create email template in Otlook with the txt file as attachment -- 2

1. When I open the excel file
2. I want all the codes under ‘SYMBOL’ are being copied to a text file (txt) and saved the text file name as SS_" + today + ".txt (just like the one attached below the pic)
3. And then atomically create the email template in Outlook with text file attached as attachment (NO NEED TO SEND OUT as we need to double check before real email sending)
