build an excel spreedsheet

I am looking for a freelancer to build an Excel spreadsheet for me. The purpose of the spreadsheet is for project management. This spreadsheet will not need to be updated regularly and will only require basic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division as well as advanced calculations such as formulas and macros. I am looking for someone who has experience creating Excel spreadsheets and who would be able to produce the highest quality work in a short period of time.
