build a excel platform -- 2
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
We need an excel fully automated program for the insurance industry that can carry out the following system functions:
1) Excel to receive an adobe presentation from admin staff for 2 products Rural Combined and Rural Motor. Both products will contains a lot of data e.g. policyholder details, risk information e.g. names, dates of birth, property information, (risk addresses, sums insured) motor vehicle details, claims and convictionss.
2) the risk information is extrapolated from the adobe document (presumably into a CSV file and automatically driven into an excel rating calculator where it will undergo a number of functions to calculate a premium based on a set underwriting criteria where there will be rates built into the system The document will then produce a premium.
3) The information is then merged back into an adobe template (Quote Schedule) e.g. the original information from item 1 which will include the premiums quoted which will then be emailed back to the original sender with a contract certain quotation
4) all completed quotes to be automatically stored into a database (within excel) with a dashboard created where underwriting staff can view every quote and if needed can amend individual quotes or click a button to proceed on cover. Any quotes that have been accepted and proceed on cover all premium data to be transferred into a monthly sale 'insurer bordereau' which will be closed off at the beginning of each month and sent to the insurer summarising all live transactions posted on the account.
5) The ability to process Mid term changes to existing live policies using the same rating methods
6) The platform should include functionality for creating interactive dashboards. The platform should include advanced data collaboration features such as real-time editing and version control.All of the above driven by a sales dashboard (at the front end) that can process many functions and calculations whilst ensuring all data is stored safely and can run reports or complete audits which will be available to the insurer to ensure that our rationale is fully explained as to the suitability of the risk and we have stayed within the existing controls granted by our delegated underwriting authority agreement.
The platform may need to support importing data through APIs.
The platform should differentiate between admin and user roles to control access to various functionalities.
The dashboard should include detailed analytics, comprehensive reporting, and advanced audit capabilities. The premium rate updates should be fully automated within the system. The platform must adhere to high-level compliance standards, ensuring data security for sensitive information. The platform should allow customizable formulas for premium calculations. Comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support will be provided to ensure users can fully utilize all platform features.
