budget structuring/ categorization

the annual budget is ready in terms in forecasting based on department needs
the main goal is to create CLEAR categorization and cost specification to be able to present the board and get approvals

also create a dashboard (using pivot table ) + presentation for each department's need to discus it with budget combeite before board meeting
