AI-based Excel Formula Automation Application

I'm looking for a computer application that can automate all types of Excel formulas (basic arithmetic, logical operations, and advanced functions) and apply them to a spreadsheet through AI.
- Formula Types: The application should be capable of automating and applying all Excel formulas, including but not limited to, basic arithmetic (SUM, AVERAGE), logical operations (IF, AND, OR), and advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
- Rule-Based Automation: The AI component of the application should determine which formulas to apply based on predefined rules. These rules will need to be versatile and cover a wide range of potential spreadsheet scenarios.
- Rule Definition via ChatGPT: The application should integrate with ChatGPT, allowing me to define these rules through a conversational interface. The goal is to create a user-friendly way to set up the automation without needing to manually program the rules.
