balance sheet profit loss account booking on excel
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Need someone to create an EXCEL spread sheet which does the following.
I will download the raw data directly from say a bank statement on to excel
Excel will be able to 'recognise' some of the data and automatically categorize it in say Petrol or stationary etc. , you know the categories you expect a business to have which your experience will tell you.
There should be a way for me to update this ability to recognise the data to categorise it. For example in UK there are a number of petrol stations like shell, BP, Esso and if one is missing form being recognised as petrol , I should easily be able to add to it.
Once categorised, the total of each category automatically update the profit loss account and balance sheet
I also need a category for fixed assets.
Only those with UK accounting experience must apply to do this job as they will know exactly what i need.
You will probably need a different tab on excel for the balance sheet and profit loos account and the analysis. I do not want it all on one whole page as I will be printing these out to send to clients for approval. So the final print version should look professional.
