To autofill web form using data from excel file.

Hi, I am looking someone to provide me solution regarding, filling of web form using data from excel file.
We have data in excel file regarding a person name,dob, email and many other fields approx 25 columns in excel. We go to a website and fill the form for each record using this excel file. It is a very tedious process. We need a solution to read data of each record from excel file and prefill the form.
Once data is filled in the form, then we will manually submit the form and then want next data to be filled in the form from excel file. Also the solution should mark in the excel file that this record has been filled in the form. So that when we start next day we can check how much data we have filled and from where to start.
Please suggest the solution. Expecting a shorter time line.
