adjust Excel macro that parses pasted Input data

We need this existing macro adjusted, so that the 1st line output (see RED in example) becomes the last line of the output.
The macro accepts input into 1 cell (could be from 2 to 25 lines pasted into the "input" cell. Then the lines get parsed into 2 sets of new rows. This works, but we just need to have the 1st line of input show up as the last line in each output set.
