Years of Excel non-use, Microsoft making Excel too arcane for me, I am unable to perform simple tasks in recording data and making a line graph $15.00 – 25.00 USD per hour

At age 83, years of non-use of Excel; arcane changes to Excel by Microsoft, have left me unable make a list of dated data and line graph it. I have boxed the data in green want copied and then line graphed on the attached. Aside from creating a line graph, the freelancer would also need to annotate the graph at specific points to mark when there was a change in medications. My task is pretty simple though takes time to enter the dates and number across from them
