Yamazumi (or Similar) for Tracking Manufacturing Progress
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Convert an Excel spreadsheet housing the steps of our manufacturing process into a graphical display representing progress. I would want to display the progress of several of our bots simultaneously, but that could be achieved by using several tabs of this document. I would like to see these tabs summarized on one page, if possible.
I'm attaching one document housing two sheets, both housing the same steps but one broken into more Location Codes. I would like to see an example of each. I would also like to see the labor steps grouped by main operation, with the Location Code column driving the grouping of individual bars on the Yamazumi, and the substeps making the stack.
