XLSX File General Assistance Required

I have a xlsx file with 2 sheets (sheet 1: data; sheet 2: pivot table), I need a vba macro that do this:
- Delete data from sheet 1;
- Import a txt file (the user can select it) in sheet 1;
- Update the pivot table without changing formatting.
