XLS Expert to help with monthly billing by %

I have an exls of itemized items that I need to change the % monthly for billings but I need the monthly % and amount to be reduced monthly by the prior months billing, similar to an AIA Billing format but each section is itemized.

I have attached an example but it's not showing me the per month it only shows me cumulative.
