XLL UDF for Excel

I am looking for a skilled programmer with experience building XLL UDFs for Excel. I require a custom function to be built that can add specific functionality to an existing Excel sheet - namely, mathematical calculations, statistical analysis, and data manipulation. It must also be compatible with Excel 2016 or later. I prefer for the programming language used to be C++, as this is a language my team is very familiar and comfortable with.
