Write two procedures in VBA for my Excel trading system to process historical data and record trades and results.

I'm looking for a professional Excel programmer that can incorporate historical market data processing into my own system.
Now my spreadsheet receives market data and trades according to my procedures. I want to be able to take historical tick data and run my rules through historical data to see if it will work instead of waiting weeks for results.
I will provide sample screenshots or even my actual Excel file with what I'm trying to accomplish. The final output folder should show trades taken, prices, contract quantities traded, and P&L of the results. Prefer to have a check box on the screen that will select a live trade or run through the historical data which I will provide.
Basically, I will need you to write two procedures, first to read data from another folder line by line, and based on the prices and my rules code another procedure to execute orders and perform a paper trade with P&L functionality.
