Write excel formulae for tables

This is a long term project that will be awarded to the best freelancer with efficient formulae. Experience in Excel sheets and writing formulae is a MUST. A small practical scenario will be given to candidates to measure their knowledge. Once all answers are given we'll start the project with you. If you have any questions please let me know. All answers should be written in the same sheet.
