MS Work Order Flow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are an architectural metal and glass company with multiple project managers requesting materials from the workshop. We are currently using MS Forms for these requests. Currently there is no good way for the company as a whole to track the forms as they flow through the system.
We need a better way to submit and track the requests in a sharable and modifiable workbook in Excel. The flow will need to be able to send emails to the project managers upon start and completion of thier projects. A bonus would be a link to an automatically generated schedule in MS Calendar or Projects.
MS does not allow the standard excel workbook to be customized and we are loosing data.
Basically we need a MS power automate expert to set up a relatively simple work flow using: Forms, Excel, Outlook, Project.
