Word to Excel Text Conversion

I need help to transfer text from a Word Document into an Excel Spreadsheet. The document contains a mixture of paragraphs and bullet-point lists. Specific requirements include:
- Only text-based content needs conversion, no tables involved.
- Each paragraph or bullet point must be placed in separate rows on the spreadsheet.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in both Word and Excel, understand how to structure data in Excel effectively, and have attention to detail to ensure accurate transfer of information. Experience in data entry would also be advantageous.
I then want it to be able to create a pdf from the excel spreadsheet by clicking a button
