Word & Excel Recover

I've accidentally deleted numerous files from both Excel and Word 9 months ago, and I'm hoping you can help me restore them.
I have hired 2 professionals and they all failed:
1, The software cannot find the files I want.
(Maybe because I have created an overwritten folder name?)
2, The recovered files are not readable.
(Just random files they recovered, not the files I want)
