Word/Excel/PDF to Zoho Writer/Sheets Data Entry and Formatting

We are seeking a Document Conversion and Formatting Specialist on a contract, per hour basis to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting Word/Excel/PDF files to Zoho Writer/Sheets files, formatting them according to the requirements of the task, and formatting forms from templates to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Convert Word/Excel/PDF files to Zoho Writer/Sheets files within our WorkDrive according to project specifications
Format documents using Zoho Writer/Sheets to match the original document
Ensure accuracy and consistency in document conversion and formatting
Communicate with project managers and team members to understand project requirements and timelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
