I need an experienced Microsoft Word specialist to overhaul a set of business documents. Word is the core platform, yet some content currently lives in Excel charts and an Access phrase bank, so smooth integration matters.
Scope
• Design a polished master template (.dotx) with consistent styles, branded headers/footers, automated table of contents, and dynamic fields.
• Build VBA macros or Quick Parts that let me refresh linked Excel tables and graphs in one click without breaking the layout.
• Create a link or mail-merge-style solution that inserts approved text snippets stored in a small Access database, keeping formatting intact.
• Supply a concise user guide so I can update styles, add new snippets, and troubleshoot links on Microsoft 365 (Windows 11).
Acceptance criteria
– All cross-references, fields, and embedded objects update correctly when I press F9 or run the provided macro.
– Documents convert to PDF with no layout shifts.
– Template, macros, and guide are delivered as separate, clearly named files.
