Weekly Watchlist Report

I'm seeking an expert Excel user with a good grasp on financial and sales information. You should ideally have prior experience dealing with such data. Here's an overview of what needs to be done:
- This report will be utilized for assets that are not meeting KPI/Metrics.
- Report will be created so that the end user will fill in data in designated boxes.
- Some basic formulas needed
- Attached is the current report, however, it needs to be completely revamped (I have sketched out a new report)
