Weekly Finance & Commercial Dashboard -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a talented data visualization expert to create an interactive finance and commercial dashboard.
The dashboard will need to integrate data from MS Excel, and ideally should allow me to track key metrics every week on MS PowerPoint.
Dashboard Overview
1. Financial Overview
Assets & Liabilities: Show total assets, liabilities, net worth, and asset-to-liability ratio, with trend analysis via line charts.
Budget & Performance: Compare budget vs. actual expenses, with budget utilization rates and future expenditure forecasts. Visuals include bar charts and heat maps.
Revenue: Weekly revenue, breakdown by streams, and growth comparisons (week-over-week, YTD). Use line graphs and pie charts.
Expenses: Weekly expenses, category breakdowns, and expense-to-revenue ratio. Visuals: stacked bar charts and donut charts.
Charges: Track outstanding/paid charges, aging analysis, and due vs. paid comparisons through tables and bar charts.
2. Commercial Overview
Production: Weekly output, capacity utilization, defect rates. Visuals: gauge and line charts.
Pricing: Average selling price, price variance, and market comparisons. Line graphs and benchmarks.
Revenue: Core business revenue, revenue per unit. Visuals: waterfall and area charts.
Royalties & Taxes: Track payments and liabilities using tables, pie charts, and stacked bar charts.
Loan Repayment & Profit/Loss: Show repayments, outstanding loans, profit margins, and trends via line and bar charts.
Cash Flow: Track inflows/outflows with waterfall charts.
Interactive Features: Filters (time, segments), drill-downs, real-time updates, tooltips for detailed data.
