HR Weekly Employee Turnover Spreadsheet & Graph

I need an Excel spreadsheet tracking employee turnover on a weekly basis. The data should cover:
- Month
- Average number of employees
- Terms
- Weekly percentage (example: every month should say like "Week 15th-21st, Week 22nd-30th"...etc.
- Year-To-Date percentage
- Projected percentage
I would like this data to be on sheet 1 and, graph on sheet 2 represented in a line graph. The spreadsheet should also include automated calculations using Excel formulas.
Ideal skills for this project include advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and HR knowledge. Experience in creating similar spreadsheets would be a plus. Please ensure the final product is easy to read and understand.
