Webscrape or Team Research - Time Sensitive

I need a freelancer to have a script, or a team of people look up 3 addresses of electrical companies on YELP.com in the 300 cities in the excel file and then put those addresses into the file for addresses. The address is broken into several columns for street address number, street name, direction of street, ie "N Main ST." etc, so the address needs to be broken up accordingly and put into correct columns for the 300 cities. We need the form filled out three times so you will use tab 1, tab 2 and tab 3, One for each address in the 300 cities so when the file is finished the first 3 tab for address #1, tab 2 for address#2 and tab 3 for address #3 should each have 300 addresses in them broken out correctly into the columns for the address. The first tab has 10 or so examples of how the address will look. that can be deleted once the project is done or you can start after those and ill delete them. This will need to be a script or two scripts or a team of several people as i need this completed in 4 hours at 3:30pm PT. This job will pay $200 dollars and if the data for the addresses is dropped correctly into the file it will pay a $50 as well. Please be sure the full address is pasted into column V of the form for reference. All relevant columns that might be related to the address are highlighted in green, with the sample addresses in column V, be sure when scraped all addresses are pasted into column V and then separated into the other columns. THIS PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED IN 4 HOURS by 4 pm PST, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN'T HAVE IT COMPLETED BY THEN. I WILL BE AWARDING THIS PROJECT IN 15-20 MINUTES SO THE TEAM OR PEOPLE OR SCRIPT WRITER CAN START ASAP. And Bonus $20 more dollars on top of tip if completed by 3:30 pst. That would be total of $200 bid, $50 tip + $20 more if completed by 3:30 pm pst today for total of $270 with Tips.
