Web scraper for live soccer result

Hi, I need a freelancer who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in working with web scarping, excel and VBA/Macros. I need a freelancer who is very patient and has some knowledge of soccer results and understands the layout requirements. I need the freelancer to scrape the live feed from https://www.oddsportal.com/inplay-odds/live-now/soccer/ and distribute the data into excel in a nice table. The data needs to be refreshed parodically ideally every 40 seconds so the delay in data will be kept to a minimum. There needs to be a button to make a single refresh a second button to continuously refresh the data and a third or toggle button to stop the refresh. There refresh time needs to be adjustable to facilitate the increase in the amount of live soccer matches. You may have to also remote into my PC to make any adjustments to enable the macro to work properly, this may include some security settings. The macro will also have to be tested over a least 2 hours to allow for any unexpected changes in the website. Please note this job will require a lot of time and patients.
