Web scraper for Betfair login

I am looking for a freelancer with good knowledge of web scraping, excel, and VBA Macros. I would like to be able to press one single button to launch the chrome browser, go to the Betfair website and login with user id and password. I have a template in excel with the user id and login details in the specified cells. I have attached the excel template.
